TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: THE INNER MONGOLIA STANDARD
I. FIBER INTEGRITY (17.49μ ULTRA-FINE)
Our collection is defined by the use of ultra-fine Inner Mongolia cashmere. This grade is reserved for textiles that meet strict export benchmarks for fineness and hand-feel.
-
Micron Count: Every batch is verified to remain at the 17.49μ threshold, ensuring the "zero-itch" profile required for luxury wear.
-
Staple Length: We prioritize long-staple fibers (34mm+). Longer fibers are the primary defense against pilling, as they stay anchored within the yarn core during wear.
II. YARN ARCHITECTURE
The durability of our wraps is a result of the structural spinning process:
-
Construction: 2/26Nm High-Twist. By plying two strands together, the yarn achieves a balanced tension. This prevents the wrap from "growing" or losing its shape after dry cleaning.
-
Purity: 100% Pure Inner Mongolia Cashmere. The finished fabric is free from coarse guard hairs, ensuring total skin compatibility.
III. QUALITY CONTROL & FINISHING
Before leaving the mill in Inner Mongolia, our finished goods undergo a multi-stage inspection process to ensure they meet the expectations of an international clientele:
-
Surface Stability: The fabric is treated to minimize surface friction, reducing the likelihood of pilling during normal use.
-
Color Retention: We utilize low-impact dyeing processes that bond pigments deep into the protein core of the fiber, ensuring the colors remain vibrant without compromising the natural softness of the cashmere.
-
Dimensional Integrity: Every piece is steam-set to ensure dimensional stability, maintaining its exact rectangular proportions through professional care.
